2nd Shift Tool & Die Maker - OpSource Staffing

Are you an experienced Tool & Die Maker? 

OpSource has partnered with a metal manufacturing company located in Williamston, SC.

$23.00 - $32.00/hr – based on experience *$0.50 shift premium if applicable.

4 - 10 hour shifts (Monday through Thursday) 2nd Shift – 2:30PM – 1:00AM

Job requirements for the position may include: 

Demonstrated understanding of cutting clearances, die timing, forming, ready benders, aerial and filler cams.

Sets up and operates shop equipment, including lathes and grinder to machine parts; verifies conformance of machined parts to specifications

Correctly troubleshoot, disassemble, repair and reassemble progressive stamping dies

Verifies dimensions, alignments, and clearances

Must possess basic measuring tools, hand tools, and toolbox

Accredited journeyman’s tool maker certificate preferred, not required

Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Progressive Metal Stamping

Ability to operate manual and automatic toolroom equipment.
