Technical/Functional Skills
CRM Tool Experience, Microsoft Office, Intermediate Excel, Excellent Spoke and Written Communication Skills, Soft Sales, Issue Resolution
Experience Required
Oversee a complex book of business composed of multiple 340B Programs and maintain active and positive communications with business customers.
Be able to communicate effectively with Medium to High Level Executives in the healthcare space regarding 340B program details from general program performance to HRSA Audit support activities.
Able to quickly triage communications.
Provide program activity summaries and host regular meetings.
Be able to identify issues and collaborate with internal partners and external partners on issue resolution.
Knowledge of US Healthcare, PBMs, and 340B preferred.
