Description:CNC Supervisor - 3rd shift$30.00 - $33.00 per hourOur company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Supervisor to join our team. As a CNC Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all CNC machines are operating efficiently and effectively, and supervising a team of CNC operators.CNC Supervisor Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of CNC operators to ensure that production goals are met- Monitor and maintain the quality of products produced by the CNC machines- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met- Train new CNC operators on machine operation and safety procedures- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenanceRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming- Strong knowledge of CNC machines and programming languages- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsIf you are a highly motivated and skilled CNC Machinist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
