3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor - Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Manager), you'll be responsible for leading and managing all maintenance roles and processes during the night shift. You'll execute the maintenance process, establish a reliability focus, and ensure a culture of continuous improvement. You'll provide leadership, first-line supervision, technical assistance, and training for a team of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians. You'll also supervise assigned personnel, direct day-to-day activities, and review work and results through inspection and analysis of records, reports, completed work orders, and equipment performance.

• Associate degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, or business management preferred, or significant experience and special training.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a skilled position and 2 or more years of experience as a maintenance supervisor / team leader.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment, with the ability to fluently read and understand prints in all areas.
• Excellent organization and leadership skills, teaming and communication skills (written and verbal), and proficiency in use of standard Microsoft Office products.
