Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday,10:50PM - 7:10AM, with mandatory overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed work instructions to operate press machinery and perform production tasks efficiently.
• Test and gauge production parts according to control plans, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Complete required production reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and product quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good attendance record and positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
