Position: Quality Auditor
Location: Janesville, WI
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:00pm – 6:00am; Sunday - Thursday (OT as required)
Reports To: QA Supervisor

How will you make a difference?
+ Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on products at various stages of production.
+ Cross-check products against prints, drawings, inspection sheets, and quality criteria.
+ Issue and maintain calibration of gauges used in inspection processes.
+ Record and maintain accurate inspection data.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to quality standards.
+ Communicate quality alerts and concerns effectively across the organization.
+ Exercise authority to halt production when non-conforming parts are detected.
+ Assist in training operations personnel on quality expectations.
What are we hoping for?
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 2-3 years of experience in a related quality function.
+ Strong understanding of metal fabrication concepts and processes.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to lift and move items up to 100 pounds with assistance.
+ Demonstrated commitment to the 12 Expected Behaviors of an Actively Engaged Person.
