3 or more years of experience in food manufacturing sanitation required.

Ability to work on 3rd shift, flexible to work on other shifts and on weekends as needed.

Ability to work individually without direct supervision.

Experience in directly managing others in a sanitation role.

Strong leadership and team building skills.

Must be 18 years or older

 

Competencies & Skills:

 

Good computer skills, including work processing, spreadsheets.

Ability to comply with all safety expectations including wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE)and follow all safe practices.

Perform their roles and responsibilities in a safe manner.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
