3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Sunday - Thursday (9PM-6AM)
You'll be responsible for the direction and management of Warehouse Operations. This position will ensure customer satisfaction through work practices congruent to Masters Gallery Foods' performance metrics, safety, and regulatory standards while delivering continuously improving results, leading Warehouse associates to deliver on-time, quality and accurate orders to our customers.
- Coordinate and supervise all Warehouse Department activities.
- Measures productivity of direct reports and holds them accountable for meeting required performance standards.
- Ensures all receiving and shipping is completed by required times to facilitate order compliance.
- Develops direct report through training, effective communication, and general accountability (pre-shift meetings, forklift training, safety, cross-training, etc.)
- Communicates professionally in a timely manner with Internal and external customers through daily notes, radios, phones, email, and other electronic means.
- Gathers data, prepares reports, analyzes, problem solves, provides findings to various customers, including vendors, outside carriers, sales, transportation, customer service, and customers.
- Conducts investigations to identify problem sources and make decisions regarding solutions to those problems.
- Perform annual reviews on Warehouse team members.
- Shares resources with production and quality (labor, equipment, knowledge, etc.) and acts as a team member in serving the customer.
- Complies with safety, attendance, and performance measures.
What You Can Offer
- Associate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Supervisory Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Five plus years of experience in a progressively - responsible Warehouse position preferred.
- Working knowledge of Human Resources related laws and regulations.
- Requires a high level of confidentiality.
- Previous experience operating a forklift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to fluently communicate needs of Warehouse staff.
