Overview
Site Coordinator will be primarily responsible for recruiting, training, and matching volunteer mentors to referred youth. Also ensure meaningful family and youth activities through monthly activities and service learning projects. Site Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring mentoring matches and with implementation of monthly activities including; group mentoring activities, 4H Afterschool clubs and Family Night Out events.
Responsibilities
Recruit 60 youth from local elementary schools. Recruit, screen and train 15 teen volunteer mentors. Match youth and mentors into mentoring groups. Monitor mentoring matches. Help plan and carry out monthly family night out activities, group mentoring activities, and teaching a 4-H Afterschool club one day per week.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma.
* Experience working with youth.

Bending, crawling, and crouching may be required. Incumbents may be required to lift, push, and/or pull objects up to 50 pounds and be required to walk and/or stand for long periods of time.
