We are seeking 4 Bookkeepers for an expansion in Ocala FL with a fabulous client of ours. 

We are seeking 4 in total to help assist in a brand new Accounting Department 

Pay is flexible.  Ideally $50ks but open

We require each Bookkeeper to have Sage Software 
We would love the Bookkeepers to have Construction or Home Building in their background 

Main Duties are 

• Recording and maintaining a company’s daily financial transactions.
• Preparing reports for managers and trial balances for accountants.
• Assisting with payroll, collecting debts, generating invoices, and making payments.
• Documenting financial transaction details.
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Fact-checking accounting data.
• Reconciling company accounts.
• Assisting with tax payments and returns.
• Working with staff accountants as needed.
