Group Management Services is looking for a sales oriented and client focused individual to be our new 401(k) Account Manager!

Primary responsibilities of a 401(k) Account Manager:
- Provide sales support to the VP of Retirement Services and administer all aspects of a multiple employer 401(k) plan.
- Sell 401(k) product to clientele and advise on plan design, coordinate enrollment and run educational meetings with Financial Advisors.
- Complete plan comparisons and illustrations to assist in selling 401(k) to new clients.
- Act as a point of contact for GMS employees internally to coordinate and conduct client and prospect 401(k) meetings.
- Confer with clients, employees, and regulatory agencies in order to provide information about 401(k) plans and services, to add or cancel services, or to obtain details of complaints.
- All other duties as assigned
Compensation, Benefits & Perks that come with employment at GMS:
- Base Salary Range between $50,000-$55,000 + Bonus Structure included

What are some Qualifications?
- Education: Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Knowledge of 401(k), accounting, payroll, employee benefits, and taxes preferred; Strong sales background preferred.
- Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
