Pay:
$16.00 -$18.00

Customer Service Specialist to work in an Independent Property & Casualty Agency with an emphasis in Home and Auto Insurance.  ABSOLUTELY NO COLD CALLS!
The person who takes this role will need to know how to handle high-volume calls.  

Highly Recommend, due to the customer base. 

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Must Have Experience.

• 4-40 Customer Representative License or with 2 years in high volume customer services 
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers
• Gather information from customers, assess their insurance needs and risk profile
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks
• Complete and follow-up on administrative tasks such as managing and processing paperwork, correspondence, keeping detailed records, ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled including the completion of appropriate forms
• Follow contract, property, and insurance laws
