5 Hours Care | Assist with Daily Routines and Errands - 1 + 1 Cares

Are you a compassionate caregiver looking for an opportunity to provide essential support and assistance? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and provide care for our client.


• Help with Sponge bath because the structure of the bathroom is too small.
• Shower lip is too high for her, so sponge bath is best.
• Help with ADL's

• On a nice day, caregiver to walk the client outside or use wheelchair
• Caregiver to drive the client to doctors appointment.

• LHK - Tidy up areas
• Assist with getting up out of bed. Assistance with walking around the house
• Meal preps - breakfast and lunch - Cut up food in smaller pieces.

• Needs to drink 3 bottles of water a day. While caregiver is there, she should drink 2 bottles during the shift.
• If she’s asleep, wake her up to drink and eat when it’s time.

• Help with Exercises - binder with exercises provided.
• Lots of grab bars around the house to help w/ ambulation
• Suffers from arthritis in right arm ad leg, worse depending on the weather.

Help w/ LHK:
• In the morning, draw the drapes/curtains, open the windows
• Tidy up room and bathroom . Clean up areas Mary utilizes.
• Offer assistance with other LHK as necessary.

• Complete Intake for daily activities

• Careseeker requests that caregivers do not use their cell phones during the shift.
