Medical Call Center RepresentativeJob Description:

• Responsible for managing the billing process for medical services provided to patients.

• Processing medical claims, and facilitating medical billing payments from patients and insurance providers.

• Prepare, submit and follow up on medical insurance claims to ensure processing and reimbursement.

• Verify patient information and medical benefit coverage prior to billing.

• Providing clear explanation of medical billing and payments options.

• Assist patients with medical billing inquiries.

Medical Call Center RepresentativePay:

• $18-20/hr (based on experience)

Medical Call Center RepresentativeSchedule:

• 8 hour shift between Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm CST (8am-8pm EST)

Medical Call Center Representative Location:

• Work from Home (WFH)

• MUST live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• MUST have a designated work space at home

Medical Call Center RepresentativeEducation:

• Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent

Medical Call Center RepresentativeProcess Includes:
