Job Summary
Job Summary
Stratosphere Quality is seeking an organized and motivated Engineering Support Coordinator to assist with data collection, process monitoring, and reporting for a short-term contract in Fremont, OH. This position will work closely with production and quality teams to ensure accurate data handling and support for improvement projects.
Pay Rate: $20 - $30 per hour
Hours: 20-30 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Essential Job Function:
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Collect inspection data from the production floor for analysis.
- Maintain a presence on the floor to support improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to OEM customers detailing production and quality metrics.
- Monitor and track process changes to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform other general support duties as needed to assist the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel and computer skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A technical understanding of manufacturing and inspection processes is helpful.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Initiative and self-sufficiency in following up on assigned responsibilities.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling.
