Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain precise purchase orders in the system for bulk delivery operations.
- Verify purchase order details, including quantities, pricing, and vendor information.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm and monitor delivery schedules.
- Process incoming bulk deliveries in collaboration with warehouse and delivery teams.
- Reconcile delivered goods with purchase orders, addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Update inventory systems with new product arrivals.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare reports on delivery schedules, billing statuses, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth bulk delivery operations.
- Address inquiries from customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
