Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Educate customers about our products and services, guiding them towards the best solution for their needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Monitor and track customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
- Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback and common inquiries to help develop FAQs and improve training materials.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure and in challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is a plus.
