Overview:
The 80 Garage Manager is responsible for managing daily operations at 80 Garage. The Manager must always aim to exceed the expectations of the client and of patients, visitors and guests. The Manager must ensure that all team members are exceeding expectations.

Essential Functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Garage Operations
- Culture of Safety
- Service = Impressive team members and ProActive Ambassador operation
- Appearance of Team and Cleanliness of Garage
- Customer Service! We are All Ambassadors!
- Garage Staffing Schedule
- Manage Garage Staff Scheduling & Timesheets, and position coverage daily and per week
- Work with Staffing Manager to ensure proper staff and weekly authorized hours are met correctly
- Garage Revenue Control
- Ensure Proper cash handling procedures (Cashiers, Office Safes, Pay Station)
- Ensure proper Exception & Pulse Log procedures
- 80 Garage Daily Revenue Report and Cash Deposit Preparation to Revenue Control Manager
- 80 Garage Daily Deposit Log to Revenue Control Manager
- Perform weekly Garage Bank manual cash counts with Revenue Manager
- Administer Cashier Audits for Monthly BWH Audit Book
- Parking Equipment and Facilities Problems or Improvements.
- Upkeep and observation, troubleshooting and maintenance, and reporting to Management and Client
- Timely reporting of problems

- Daily DCR & Deposit Log
- Monthly DCR reconciliations to GM, AGM & Revenue Control Manager
- Monthly 704 Validations Report to Client
- Ad Hoc reports

Education, Experience and Skills Required
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- 5 years of direct staff management experience, service industry preferred
- 5 years of revenue control experience with a retail bank, cashiers & multiple points of service
- Experience with Amano McGann Parking Software
- Experience with parking gate and loop systems
- Ability to effectively communicate with client and VPNE management
- Be able to drive operational, marketing and financial strategies to ensure maximum service and profitability
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of employees, as well as motivate and provide constructive feedback
- Computer literate including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to quickly learn new software
- Capable of handling a range of employee relations issues and follow progressive steps of discipline
- Function independently within company guidelines
- Must be proactive, customer focused and responsive
- Excellent Driver with Active Driver’s License
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in related field preferred
Certification, Registration, or Licensure required by the Job
Valid MA Driver’s License
