90-Day Navigator

The 90-day Navigator will play a crucial role in the successful integration of new team members into Directions for Living. This position is responsible for guiding new hires through their first 90 days, ensuring they are well-acquainted with their roles, responsibilities, and the organizational culture. The Navigator will be responsible for the following skills and objectives: Orientation Planning and Execution, Training and Development, Support and Guidance, Cultural Integration, and Evaluation and Improvement to facilitate a smooth transition into the position and promote long-term retention and success.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proven experience in employee training, orientation, or a similar role with 5 plus years of relevant experience in a medium to large non-profit or healthcare setting.
• Strong Initiative skills
• Experience providing one-on-one coaching as well as group team building
• Proven problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task, and prioritize assignments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive environment for new employees.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
