About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented accountant with accounts receivable experience to join our team. The key responsibilities will be:
- Verify, classify, compute and record accounts receivable data, including handling invoices, credit memos, and customer payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients are correctly billed, verifying amounts and recording transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming payments and manage various payment methods
The ideal candidate has:
- High school diploma or GED; priority given to candidates with an advanced degree (Associates or Bachelors) with concentration in Accounting or Finance
- 1 or more years of experience in accounts receivable
- Experience with Salesforce highly desirable
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
