Your Role

• Use your ABA knowledge to deliver personalized therapy, helping children develop life skills and positive behaviors.
• Work with a team to create and follow care plans that best support each child.
• Record and track progress to adjust treatment as needed.
• Mentor and support new team members, sharing your experience to improve the overall care provided.
• Build strong relationships with families and other caregivers, ensuring the best outcomes for each child.

What We’re Looking For:

• ABA experience (required), RBT certification or BCBA/BCaBA preferred.
• A strong desire to help children with Autism.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Patience and compassion, especially in tough situations.

Key Details:

• Services are provided in clients' homes or community settings.
• Full-time and part-time roles are available.
• Leadership and mentorship roles available for experienced candidates.
• Non-certified applicants must complete a 40-hour RBT course.
