Impact Learning & Development is a fast-paced, collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic that provides interventions to children who have language, communication, and behavioral needs. We provide interventions that are individualized to meet the needs of each child and used to decrease problem and (sometimes) aggressive behavior, as well as to promote skill acquisition. We are seeking full-time and/or part-time ABA Therapists (RBT's) to provide intensive clinic, and/or school based behavioral intervention with children 2-14 years of age.

Responsibilities:
* Follow behavior intervention plan, individualized treatment plan, and reinforcement schedule as prescribed
* Implement appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification approaches
* Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition
* Collect accurate data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of all programs
* Complete all programming requests from BCBA's, BCaBA's, and supervisors in a timely manner
* Portray a positive attitude and maintain a customer and co-worker satisfaction level that limits adverse situations or complaints
* Promote Impact philosophies, generating team spirit and creating and maintaining an environment that fosters staff satisfaction and maximizes productivity.
* Attend all meetings and training as requested
* Pass the RBT competency and written exam after RBT training is complete
* Accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly
* Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
* Document treatment sessions completely and accurately
Required:
* High School Diploma
* 18 years old
* Must be an energetic person who enjoys working with children.
* Must have your own reliable transportation to job sites.
* Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 pounds.
* Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer/tablet typing, standing, running, crawling, sitting on floor for periods of time)
* Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision and hearing to carry out all duties and responsibilities
* Must be able to pass a fingerprint, background clearance, and reference check
* Must be able to pass classes in and/or gain certification in crisis management, CPR, HIPAA, and mandated reporter (all training provided)
* Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training (provided by Impact ~ $600 bonus provided for completing upon credentialing)
Preferred:
* Associate degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or other similar field
* Excellent communications skills - both written and oral
* Prior positive interactions and experience with the pediatric special needs population
