ACCESS & ADVOCACY SPECIALIST (GRANT FUNDED) at Del Mar College

This position reports to the Assistant Dean of Student Engagement & Retention and is a part of the Center of Access & Advocacy at the Windward campus. The purposes of this position are both to coordinate access to accommodations and services for Del Mar College students with disabilities and to engage in a collaborative processes that address student retention issues. The grant ends on 08/31/2025.

Master’s Degree

Three (3) Years of related experience

Master’s degree in Counseling, Student Development/Student Affairs, Rehabilitation and/or Vocational Counseling, Education, Special Education, or related field.
Experience working with students with disabilities.
Experience working with at-risk student populations.
Familiar with local social services and community resource agencies.
