**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing utility billing services to clients while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities while ensuring client needs are met effectively.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the utility billing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to utility billing services.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Generate regular reports on account status, including billing information.
**Remote Work Requirements:**
- Must have a dedicated home office space with high-speed internet.
- Proficient in utilizing remote communication tools such as video conferencing and messaging platforms.
- Ability to independently manage time and tasks effectively while working remotely.
