Job Summary



Levy Restaurants at America's Center and the Dome is an ever changing location for the most unique events. As the Human Resources Administrative Assistant you will be responsible not just for clerical functions, but all areas of Human Resources. Apply today to join the great team at America's Center!





Essential Duties and Responibilities




+ Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.


+ Maintain confidential personnel files.


+ Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.


+ Assist with staffing and scheduling.


+ Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, members of management, sub-contractors, and partners.


+ Participate in HR Compliance Audit needs.


+ Assist with engagement activities and celebrations.


+ Assist with team member training.


+ Attend safety meetings as required.


+ Maintain clean and safe work environment.


+ Assist with large event staff check in.


+ Performs other duties as assigned.






Requirements




+ Nice.


+ Creative.


+ High level of computer literacy.


+ Passion for people and hospitality.


+ Experience in a union environment preferred.


+ Extended exposure to computer screens.


+ Excellent interpersonal skills.


+ Able to sit for long periods of time.


+ Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
