Job Title: ADU Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and construction of ADUs from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with homeowners to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and city officials to ensure compliance.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of ADU regulations and financing options.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
