LOCATION - Aurora, CO (On site ONLY)
DURATION: 9-12 months+
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
- Mon-Frid 8 am -5pm
- 100% in office
- Contract - weekly pay!
This position's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare material, equipment for training site sessions
- Schedule, coordinate and monitor the delivery of all training
- Train consistently, complete demonstration, guide learners on assignments to be fulfilled
- Maintain professional image in line with company dress code. Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- May be ask to assist in editing and providing feedback to created content
- Monitoring goals and plan for modification if needed
- Assist and evaluate center staff attending training session
- Maintain/ Monitor student training progress and report progress to site leadership
REQUIREMENTS (must have):
- Strong communication skills
- Strong orator
- Active listening
- Experience delivering training to an audience
- Organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Smartsheet proficient
