Key Responsibilities

AI Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance machine learning models and advanced AI algorithms, leveraging state-of-the-art architectures.
Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, exploring and implementing novel approaches in natural language processing (NLP), reinforcement learning, GANs, and other emerging AI paradigms.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to deploy AI solutions that seamlessly integrate into larger systems.
Optimization and Efficiency: Continuously refine and optimize algorithms to maximize performance, scalability, and efficiency in real-time applications.
AI Ethics and Compliance: Ensure AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations, promoting transparency and accountability in AI usage.
AI Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation through to production, ensuring continuous improvement post-deployment.

Required Skills and Experience

Advanced Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other AI/ML libraries.
Cutting-Edge AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with transformers, BERT, GPT, GANs, reinforcement learning, and real-time model deployment.
Data Engineering Expertise: Skilled in managing large datasets, data preprocessing, and data pipeline creation (experience with Apache Spark or Hadoop is a plus).
Algorithmic Innovation: Demonstrated capability in developing new algorithms or significantly improving existing ones to push the boundaries of AI.
Cloud AI Platforms: Experience with cloud-based AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning.
Math & Statistics: Strong grounding in probability, statistics, and machine learning algorithms, with the ability to tackle complex mathematical models.
Rare Skills Advantage: Background in quantum machine learning, federated learning, or edge AI deployment is a strong plus.
