Seeking an experienced morning prep cook for high-volume production kitchen. Responsibilities include the cleaning, cutting and preparation of mise en place items for production and line stations, assistance in delivery receiving and maintaining culinary and hygiene standards. Strong organizational, listening and communication skills and the ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment are required.
