The AP Coordinator will report to the Accounting Manager, and assist with the full cycle AP functions. - Communicated with vendors to solve discrepancies
- Generate manual check runs
- Create a daily roll forward of Accounts Payable balances
- Execute monthly closing procedures for Accounts Payable
- Compile monthly accruals for Accounts Payable
- Offer audit support for Accounts Payable
- Generate, upload, and activate ACH and Positive Pay files
