responsibilities:

• Oversee an accounts payable team and direct the timely processing of invoices and payments
• Analyze cash flow reports, manage expense accounts, and prepare insightful budget reports that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop guidelines for the handling and coding of invoices to maintain accurate general ledger expense accounts and inventory records.
• Review expense reports and invoices for precision and eligibility, verifying payments through checks and vouchers.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.

 
qualifications:

• 5 plus years of relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Strong managerial and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Meticulous organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
