Location: Remote (90%)/Onsite Meetings (10%) - Need to live in the Atlanta, GA area
Who we are: LDR Site Services was founded in 2010 and offers its customers a single point of coordination for equipment rental and related waste hauling services to site-based projects across the US supporting multiple industries with varying needs including environmental, emergency response, facilities maintenance, retail, government construction and other commercial markets. Job Responsibilities Include:
Process and manage vendor invoices to meet daily metrics goals, ensuring accurate coding and approvals.
Prepare and process electronic virtual card payments, as requested.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of vendor-related inquiries and issues.
Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, as needed.
Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Manage incoming vendor communications to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment related issues.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
Basic Requirements:
High school degree/GED, two-year college degree is a plus.
- One - Five years of high volume AP processing experience
High attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce a plus
Work Authorization
