Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor

Location: Gardena - Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000/year + bonus & benefits

Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong management and communication skills, with a focus on driving efficiencies in the AP process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing AP teams, with excellent management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong ERP experience and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Prior experience managing offshore team members is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Manage and lead offshore team members, providing guidance, support, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve AP-related issues and streamline processes.
• Prepare reports and analyze AP data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
