Accounts Payable Contractor (2 Openings)

Location: Peabody, MA (Onsite)

Rate: $40-45/hr (up to $50/hr for strong candidates)

Duration: Approx. 4 weeks (may extend)

Reports to: Senior Accountant

Role Overview:
Due to volume and a backlog, we seek AP contractors to handle high volumes of manual invoice entry, AP coding, and organization with keen attention to detail and efficiency. Experience with AP invoicing (1+ years) and comfort working at pace are essential. Familiarity with Sage ERP is a plus.

 

Team & Environment:
Join a growing AP team working closely with the CFO, Accounting Manager, and Senior AP Specialist as we move towards automating processes.
