At Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), we understand the importance of providing fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services. We service hundreds of customers that rely on us to ensure that the repairs they have completed are safe and that the vehicle will operate as the manufacturer had intended.
ATE was founded in 2019 to provide technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry that struggles to stay current with the rapidly changing technology in vehicles. We employ technicians across the country. The ATE – Director of Corporate Operations is a full-time position that is tasked with ensuring that mobile and remote operations run smoothly and can focus on taking care of the customer. The position is responsible for managing support departments and continuous improvement projects that will allow ATE to grow and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks quickly and accurately, with tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment. It necessitates a self-motivated individual who is willing to take on multiple tasks and interact with many different personnel at all levels. Key responsibilities include:
· Direct accountability for corporate operations and administrative departments (dispatch, billing, administrative, connector, communications, etc.). Provide them the direction and leadership that aligns with company goals and builds a great culture and a rewarding place to work.
· Responsible for all internal ATE and intercompany communications, including managing the platforms that team members use to get information and support.
· Manage internal projects that improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
· Act as the business single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for all intercompany projects.
· Work with all ATE departments to improve our customer experience and to help drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
· Collaborate to ensure we provide opportunities and maintain development of current teammates to help drive positive attrition.

· Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness, including a proven track record of improving support operations during substantial year-over-year growth
· Experience planning and managing projects
· Working knowledge of ADAS and electrical service (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repair, etc.)
· Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
· Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting abilities
· Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on logical and evidence-based decision-making
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
· Must be able to stay organized and focused while multitasking in a fast paced environment
· Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field preferred
· Overnight, air travel required, up to 25% of time
· A safe driving record and a valid Driver’s License required
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments
