The HR Information Systems (HRIS) Assistant Vice President will handle the maintenance, research, implementation, integrity, and security management of our all HR systems, including UKG (formerly UltiPro), Litmos, PayScale, Lucid and any related systems. This position will ensure effective utilization of all HR technology, optimize HR processes and workflow, maintain data integrity and security roles, and providing reports and analytical insights to Executives and Committee members. The role will collaborate with IT and other departments to align the HRIS with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Direct daily operations, supervise team, and serve as the SME for all HR Information Systems (HRIS) including UKG Pro, HRSD, UTM, onboarding, performance management, case management and any related system
- Oversee and implement the configuration, design, and integration of all HR systems, ensuring optimal functionality, data accuracy, and consistency
- Monitor audits to ensure data integrity, examine and resolve escalated concerns, and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality
- Manage human capital reporting, develop and build manager dashboards, and analyze data to proactively enhance business performance
- Direct the maintenance, upgrades, and improvements of systems, methodologies, workflows, integrations, and year-round automations
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Lead ad-hoc system-related training sessions for managers and colleagues as needed
- Develop strategic direction of the HRIS team to ensure high performance deliverables in environment with high stakes and tight deadlines
- Manage relationships and contracts with HR system vendors to ensure optimal service and support
- Oversee firmwide HRIS helpdesk support both remotely and in-person; investigate issues and provide effective solutions
- Drive initiatives that research and evaluate areas of improvement using business metrics and market competitiveness to enhance organizational success

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university required
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience required, with at least 5 years in a managerial roleĀ
- Extensive knowledge of UKG (UltiPro Web,) BackOffice, Cognos Report Studio and Event Studio required, knowledge of other HRIS systems is preferred
- Working knowledge of Workday, Bamboo HR, Paylocity or other systems highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $130,000-$150,000.
