Job Description:
COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season.
Job Summary: This position performs a variety of diagnostic radiography imaging procedures to provide data for diagnosis and monitoring of disease and injuries in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations, and licensing requirements. Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technologies and performs duties in a range of acute care pediatric-centered settings.
Education Requirements
Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
Experience Requirements
Two years of Cath Lab experience
Pediatric experience
Familiar with the surgical environment preferred
Certification/License/Registry Requirements
Current ARRT registration.
Current Arizona Department of Health Services Certified Radiologic Technologist.
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
RCIS Preferred
Position Urgency:
Normal
Shifts:
0700-1630 varying days - Call approximately every third weekend and 2-3 nights during the week.
State License Details:
