Access Management AdministratorLength: 6 months + extension
Location: Richmond, VA (onsite 3 days Tues, Wed, Thurs)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with identity and access management related activities.
- Strong understanding and hands on experience in the following technologies: Active Directory, ServiceNow, Entra ID (Formally Azure AD), ADMP.
- Experience with Windows server operation systems (e.g. Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016)
- Knowledge of industry standards and IT processes, such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT and ITIL.
- Excellent customer services and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Self-motivated, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Strongly preferred: Experience with SailPoint (IdentityNow) and Entra ID (Formally Azure AD)
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining user access across various systems, including Active Directory, SailPoint, and Azure AD (Entra ID). You will assist in the administration of identity and access management (IAM) solutions, ensuring that user access is secure and compliant with company policies.
Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to access-related incidents and requests, performing regular audits of user access and permissions, and collaborating with IT and security teams to develop and enforce access management policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide support for access management tools and technologies and participate in the development and maintenance of documentation for access management processes.
