Position Summary:
- Qualifying Requests Reviews incoming requests (new/growth RFPs/RFIs and proactive quotes) for strategic and capabilities match.
- Preliminary and/or final risk evaluation/selection.
- Determination of likelihood of success vs. resource allocation.
- Consultative Selling Cultivate critical relationships(field sales/service, broker/consultant community/customer teams, Health local market and Home Office operations. Analyze competition and competitive position. Assess customer needs and expectations vs. Health capabilities/strategy.
- Assist in development of customer sales strategies Develop and Deliver Proposal - may include some or all of the following: Develop proposal project plan.
- Coordinate responses from all Health resources in support of Health's response - GI, SH, local market, operations, ancillary products/services areas - Determine exceptions and resource commitments.
- Negotiate appropriate response.
- Coordinate and or complete case underwriting and pricing components.
- Claim evaluation
- Expense calculation
- Guarantee structure
- Stop losspricing Complete questionnaire. Prepare all financial exhibits/document all assumptions. Determine proposal layout and coordinate assembly. Negotiate appropriate response with external customer.
- May participate in meetings/presentations/site visits.
- Coordinate logistics Prepare/coach participants. Develop presentation materials.
- Participate as presenter. Negotiate terms of deal Post sale activities. Confirm and communicate sold case specifics to internal Healthcare parties, consultant and customer.
- Participate in contractual/installation activities. Financial follow-up as necessary. Documentation and transfer to customer team.
- Senior Position may include: representing area in interdepartmental meetings/projects recognized as highly experienced in job related function(s).
- May review work of other unit members may take the lead for presentations for selected customers mentoring and or training of other employees delegated authority for exceptions in pricing and risk selection decisions.
Duties:
- Support the CRM omni-channel orchestration SME while working cross functionally with Enterprise MarTech, Marketing Operations, Analytics and Retail IT to advance FS Marketing’s CRM Strategy.
- Liaise with Enterprise MarTech to support the FS Marketing CRM migration from a rules-based decisioning engine to a machine-driven automated experience engine.
- Support the SME responsible for the implementation of orchestration technology and other automated MarTech solutions that bring CRM personalization to scale.
- Work with Enterprise MarTech and Analytics to accelerate the adoption of a CRM-oriented CDP; establish audiences and consolidate decision making within that CDP.
- Support SME to establish and implement an overarching governance model to make key decisions and prioritize messages.
- Quickly and accurately synthesize technical needs or investments non-technical audiences.
Experience:
- 1+ years of marketing experience
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- An effective communicator verbally and in written form with all levels of people and management.
- A take charge attitude to identify, research, and resolve difficult situations.
- Experience in product management, software development or customer marketing
Skills that are required:
- Experience with scalable personalization for a large, consumer facing brand.
- 1+ years of experience with an emphasis on marketing technology, orchestration, or customer lifecycle management.
- Understanding of omni-channel orchestration and lifecycle journey management.
- Understanding of omni-channel arbitration and governance principles and familiarity with the implementation of those principles at scale.
- Understanding of technical architectures with the ability to interpret and translate business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners.
- Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a performance-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills that can be effectively articulated in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience base.
Education:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Preferred is: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
