Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Account Coordinator. Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment are essential. You will be expected to manage multiple HR processes, focusing on problem diagnosis, resolution, and compliance. Additionally, building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at the client site to ensure exceptional customer service will be a core responsibility. The position involves 100% account administration. Here’s what you should know if you want to join our team.
Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and associates, ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns promptly.
- Manage associate onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance, including required documentation, timesheet validation, and weekly payroll audits.
- Maintain accurate HRIS and timekeeping records, create tracking spreadsheets, and ensure compliance with payroll laws and HR regulations.
- Partner with managers to prioritize tasks, review engagement details, and facilitate program goals through regular meetings.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring smooth operations and program adoption.
Qualifications for the Account Coordinator:
- 1+ years of experience in administrative or customer service roles, with strong communication skills to effectively guide onboarding and collaborate with managers and associates.
- Demonstrates empathy, curiosity, and a passion for teaching, fostering a supportive onboarding experience by understanding challenges, actively listening, and sharing knowledge with patience to empower clients and associates.
- Goal-driven, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented with a positive and uplifting attitude, ensuring exceptional client and candidate satisfaction.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
