About the Job
The ADS I will build relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. This role will represent customer needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality with a focus on reliable, profitable growth.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide day to day customer service activities - communication, decision making, problem resolution and basic analysis.
- Responds to direct customer service inquiries via multiple channels.
- Responds to direct customer pricing inquiries and provide timely sales quotes.
- Provides customer support related to the entry, execution, and management or orders.
- Responsible to execute the customer engagement strategy to meet customer expectations, maintain overall service and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Provides customer service support to internal sales representative group.
- Identify and escalate unresolved customer issues, continuous improvement, and new service opportunities to leadership.
- Adhere to all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field
In lieu of related degree, a high school degree or GED and additional four (4) years experience in related area will be accepted
Minimum Experience
4+ years of customer service or related experience

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the currentstarting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factorspermitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate on experience. Role is commission eligible.
