Account Executive - Highwire
Cleveland, OH
About the Job
Highwire is the Contractor Success Platform for builders and owners of capital projects. We are embarking on an exciting growth phase and looking for the best talent in Boston and Boise.
To support our growth, we are seeking passionate salespeople familiar with the construction, safety, risk mitigation, procurement, or compliance industries to help propel our business forward during this pivotal growth phase.
Your mission:
As an Account Executive at Highwire, your mission is to convey the value of the Highwire platform, fostering mutually beneficial relationships that not only lead to the acquisition of new customers but also ignite the expansion of existing ones. If you're enticed by the opportunity to help write the playbook (rather than just following someone else's), keep reading.
What you'll do:
- Actively build pipeline. You'll rely on your outstanding communication skills and previous SaaS sales experience to build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
- Convince prospects of the Highwire vision. Our team is small and lean, and you'll be charged with managing a sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and progressing and closing deals.
- Close new customers. You'll meet (or exceed!) your sales quotas and revenue targets by acquiring new customers and driving additional value to existing customers through up-sells and cross-sells.
- Help elevate our sales process. We're writing the playbook as we go, and you're eager to help define, build, and refine best practices as a means to achieve excellence in everything.
Who you are:
- Hungry. You are driven by a will to win and exhibit ownership and perseverance in achieving your goals. Quitting isn't an option, and you have a strong track record of smashing your goals, both in and out of work.
- Coachable. You are humble, collaborative, and motivated to improve continually. You actively seek constructive feedback from your peers and stakeholders.
- Professional. Your articulate, concise, and thoughtful communication enables you to build credibility and trust quickly.
- Curious. Your innate curiosity drives you to dig deep into new topics; you're constantly learning new information and sharing what you've learned with your team.
- Gritty. You have the tenacity and resilience to persevere through the ups and downs of startup life and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
This role will travel to our office in Burlington, MA once a month to collaborate with our sales and other teams based there.
Benefits:
Our benefits go well beyond the basics. To support your work-life integration, we built a benefits program that takes care of the whole person, including physical, mental, financial, and emotional health.
- Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance to all full-time employees. Best part? You'll be eligible on day one.
- 401k. We offer a 401k and a 3% company contribution (even better than a match) to help you get ready to retire no matter how far off that seems.
- Parental leave. We take care of new parents by offering paid time off for births, adoptions, and fostering.
- Flexible PTO. Our culture of trust and measurement means there's no limit on time off, just an expectation of performance.
- Mentorship. Our office-based culture fosters meaningful learning, growth, and mentorship for our team.
