Overview:
Selling Company's products and services by developing relationships with clients and referrals from internal sales partners to increase overall revenue for clients in the 20+ employee space.
Responsibilities:- Presenting Paychex solutions and services to final decision makers and end users within the prospective universe.
- Builds relationships and maintains partnerships with other Paychex sales representatives to effectively drive internal referrals and provide clients with complete solutions available with Paychex product and service offerings.
- Analyzing the customer needs and interests, determining which solutions are appropriate and referring to appropriate party when necessary. Perform client health assessments and evaluate at-risk clients, taking retention actions as appropriate.
- Expediting the resolution of customer problems or complaints.
- Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management.
- Projecting a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
- May be required to travel for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area Zone meetings.
- H.S. Diploma - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/marketing experience.
