About the Account Executive position
We are looking for a high-energy Account Executive to work with sales prospects, close sales, and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Account Executive responsibilities are:

Introducing products/service to prospective clients/customers and how they align with their organization's needs
Negotiating agreements and quickly closing sales
Engaging with customer about their goals and challenges and how Givzey can work with them
Collaborating closely with rest of the sales team, marketing, and product development to provide customer and market feedback
Reaching and exceeding monthly and quarterly quota

Seeking opportunities to upsell existing customers
- Keeping a track of sales trends
Account Executive requirements are:
Strong passion for Givzey's mission, and for E-commerce and/or finance

2-4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in E-commerce and understanding of non-profit organizations
MUST have nonprofit fundraising experience
Bachelor's degree or related field and/or equivalent experience
Ability to work closely with clients' functional teams internally, credit, legal, tech, etc.
