Loomis Insurance has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive supporting the Central Kansas area. We are looking for a self-driven and passionate person to support our agency staff working with religious and nonprofit organizations. This is a work from home position with travel around the Central Kanas area to visit clients.. Start salary based on experience of candidate.
Salary Range: $48000.00 - $53000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients
Assist with on boarding new clients
Assist with annual client risk reviews
Meet with clients regarding claims, risk management, and safety as necessary
Coordinate the implementation process of client policy renewals, including renewal meetings and delivery of resource materials
Assist Risk Advisor to identify client's needs, and work to present appropriate products and services using a customer-focused, needs-based process
Educate clients on existing products and services, as well as, presenting and promoting new ones in a needs-based manner
Work with agency staff to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Provide support for and follow up on claims with both the client and carrier
Liaise between client and carrier and between client and agency staff on escalated service issues and problem solving, assuring clients their concerns remain active until complete
