Responsibilities
The Account Services Manager, Professional Education Hub will develop, implement, and oversee all account services processes for the Professional Education Hub (the Hub) high-value accounts. The Account Services Manager establishes procedures for account management and consultation, supporting of customer-facing activities of the Hub. Responsible for planning and facilitating constituent relationship management approaches for high-value accounts. The Account Manager will create personalized content, offer a high-touch experience, and design curated “programming” in which the customer also serves as a brand ambassador.
- Responsible for the management of strategic, high-value accounts, identifying best practice models and customer retention strategies.
- Maintain departmental pipeline, conducting prospect and pre-sales research, presentation development, and liaising the Hub business development team for lead generation and account management coordination.
- Plan, develop, and execute account-based marketing plans for key Hub accounts, built collaboratively with the Hub business development and marketing teams, defining marketing initiatives within accounts and determining the most effective messages and channels.
- Provides exceptional account support to build and maintain a positive relationship in collaboration with Hub healthcare organization customers, managing and support both routine and customized processes. communications and implementation to support customer onboarding.
- Seeks Hub champions at customer sites, building relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers, as well as essential relationships with front-line leaders and education champions.
- Serves as a communication liaison between internal and external customers to support customer requirements.
- Ensure timely and successful resolutions to customer inquiries based on their current needs.
- Support the management of 3rd party content provider relationships, acting as a resource to guide organizations through content testing requirements, including contracting, consultation, understanding technology standards, and submission for review.
- Collaborates with team leadership to achieve Hub goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two (2) – Five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Experience developing and executing general business or sales operations infrastructure for customer management, product management, market and communications strategy.
- Experience in account based marketing.
- Experience managing technology-based product delivery in medical research, hospital, or related industry.
- Ability to develop and implement tactical plans.
- Ability to create flexible systems and communications to respond to changing customer needs and requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary minimum to the midpoint of the range is $58,000.00 to $77,400.00. This position is incentive eligible up to 25% of based on achieving certain targets. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
