About the Opportunity:
This role exists to onboard, grow, manage, and renew client contracts within assigned book of business according to specialized functional area of Labor Unions segment.
What will you be doing?
- Support all aspects of assigned accounts as needed. This may include (not exhaustive) developing presentations for clients, managing projects within internal and external teams, and support of client and member meetings.
- Develop and implement member awareness plans into the assigned book of business.
- Coordination and implementation of project-based client member meetings, conferences, and other external facing events.
- Gain a deep understanding of TruHearing’s business model and solutions in order to best meet the needs of our clients and identify areas for growth and expansion.
- Exemplify world class account management.
- Actively pursue opportunities to implement new marketing or member communication campaigns within accounts.
- Follow and build upon TruHearing’s approach to account management which will include metrics and expectations.
- Rigorously document client-facing activities, communications, and other information in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sales on new contracting opportunities that are developed through your account management efforts.
- Focuses on business expansion by supporting, developing, growing, managing, and retaining relationships with insurance brokers, consultants, TPA’s, and strategic distribution partners from implementation to renewal.
- Autonomously drive relationships with key stakeholders and add value in representing TruHearing.
- Work in coordination with the entire Market Expansion team, SVP of Sales & Account Management, and other key business leaders at TruHearing to strategically grow, retain, and delight our clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Operations on new clients that are on-boarded.
- Complete a training program in Salt Lake City with additional self-directed study.

What education or experience is required?
Required:
- 5+ years of national Account Management experience
- Experience working with labor unions and experience supporting accounts for ancillary benefits.
- Ability to multi-task and pivot to accommodate changes in priority as needed.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- (A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education)
