Account Manager - Tandym

A growing insurance company in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Account Manager. In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for focusing on delivering excellence in client management and retention. The position is suitable for candidates with a proven track record in commercial account management who can manage a high-volume book of business.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Effectively managing a high-volume book of insurance business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Growing client loyalty by building positive relationships, providing advocacy, and delivering excellent service
• Handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of markets, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures
• Reviewing all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy

Qualifications:

• 3+ years minimum Commercial Account Management experience
• Property & Casualty license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with discretion around sensitive information
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
