Overview:Our client, a recognized leader in commercial landscaping in the Marietta, GA market, seeks an enthusiastic and driven individual to join its growing team. In this pivotal role, you will 1) Maintaining Client Relationships, 2) Drive Revenue Growth through Enhancement Sales, and 3) Day-to-day portfolio management and safety operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

• Become the trusted advisor for all commercial clients.
• Understand their unique needs & develop customized maintenance plans.
• Ensure high-quality service & exceed client expectations.

Enhancement Sales:

• Identify & upsell enhancements and additional services.
• Develop compelling proposals & negotiate contracts with clients.
• Track performance & maximize sales success.

Day-to-Day Portfolio Management & Safety:

• Manage daily operations of your client portfolio, ensuring service delivery is consistent and timely.
• Ensure all crews are working in a safe, compliant manner, adhering to safety protocols.
• Be the primary point of contact for client concerns, ensuring immediate attention and resolution.

Perfect Match? You Should Be:

• 3+ years of client relations/account management experience
• Strong sales & communication skills
• Problem-solving & analytical pro
• Project management & multi-tasking master

Bonus Points:

• ERP/Field Service Management software knowledge. (Aspire experience is highly preferred)
• Expertise in turf care and golf course maintenance operations.

Compensation and benefits include:

• Base Salary: $60k - $70k
• OTE (On target earnings): Expected OTE is 85k +
