We are looking for a (Junior) Account Manager in Tucson, AZ to function as an important part of the company to maintain positive relationships with the community and partners, represent company values and vision, while recruiting new patients to service and ensure service quality. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to join a more sales focused environment but at the same time likes to still have a face-to-face component with patients.
A typical day in this job consists of planning your visit schedule, mapping out the route to efficiently create a game plan for the day. After coordinating with our outbound and inbound sales team, you will travel to Group Homes, Assisted / Independent Living facilities to ultimately register new patients and meeting with the right people to promote our services, help in the community and build relationships with patients, their care team and management teams. When registering patients, you will also make sure that patients are able to be seen by our providers either in-person or via tele-health. On a decent day, you will have registered at least 5 new and already provider-seen patients.
Please note: This position will start as a part-time (2-3x a week) role, with the option to transition into full-time once a solid community network has been established.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Marketing and relationship building with potential partners such as home health agencies, hospice services
- Provide presentation to communities, such as Assisted Living, Group Homes or Independent Living facilities to introduce and actively market our services
- Building strong ties with interested communities, their owners and management team
- Actively identifying and managing target lists for assigned areas and working on "sales-funnels" to drive new patient registrations and patient referrals
- Involvement in patient care, assisting patients with setting up tele-health visits, rapid covid tests and other related requests
- Maintaining and providing exceptional communication with patients and partners
- Representing us towards key-stakeholders such as Directors of Nursing or Sales, as well as Group Home Coordinators to bridge information gaps, handle issues, concerns and coordinating these together with other departments
- Continuous surveying, gathering market information and identifying the right trends in healthcare
Requirements
- Prior experience as Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is preferred
- Ideally experience in long term care facilities or assisted-living environments
- The drive to use the medical experience and apply this into a more sales-focused environment
- Passion for patient care, always thriving towards improving the lives of our patients
- Empathy and strong communication skills are an absolute must, especially when working in geriatrics
- Bilingual speakers are preferred
What we offer
- A solid base hourly rate, along with a very lucrative commission structure that targets your salary to be around $60,000-100,000+ per year (full-time).
